Advance bookings are encouraged. Immediate bookings are welcomed but subjected to availability.

The assigned driver’s name, handphone number and vehicle number will be given to you during the booking process and your contact details will be given to the driver for any communication purposes.

Yes, we can. Our booking packages can be tailored to suit your unique requirements and pricing will be based on time and mileage, not on the number of trips taken.

Yes, all our vehicles are insured in accordance with the Land Transport Authority Of Singapore (LTA).

Our cars go through regular maintenance checks and services, however, should there be any issues, we will advise you as soon as we find out and we will arrange for an alternative vehicle to be sent out.

We accept major credit cards, no additional charges will be incurred for credit payments. Other modes would be stripe / Paynow / bank transfer.

All bookings cancelled within 7 days of the reservation date will still carry full charges.

If a cancellation is made when the driver has arrived at the location, 100% of the relevant rate shall be charged as a cancellation fee.
